The dataset consists of two MS Excel 97 files: NMsdg.xls and NMcstn.xls
which are displayed as tables 1 and 2, respectively, in the OFR text.

3. Site Name/Other Operator - Name of site or name of other known operator
4. MSHA No. - Mining Safety & Health Administration ID number
5. Latitude - Latitude in decimal degrees
6. Longitude - Longutide in decimal degrees
7. Section - Section
8. TNSH - Township
9. RNG - Range
10. Quadrangle - USGS 7.5-minute topographic quadrangle containing
11. Commodity - Commodity produced (crushed stone spreadsheet only)
12. Comments - Additional comments include section fractions, location
accuracy, description of the location, and other data.
13. Mineral Estate - Ownership of mineral rights
